Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience, preferably in the tourism or transportation industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong proficiency in written and reading English; basic listening and speaking skills in English.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing client accounts.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and high numerical skills.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the tourism industry.
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
Generate sales leads, follow up until closing deals, and manage pricing versus quality to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.
Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal teams (colleagues & partners) and external clients according to company guidelines, using various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media (LINE, Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat).
Deliver high-quality and timely communications, quotations, and related documentation.
Work with flexible hours, including WFH after office hours and on holidays when necessary.
Promote the company’s brand by maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
